University of Guelph
The Prosser Research Group is always interested in hearing from undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in getting involved in research in our area of study. Please don't hesitate to contact Dr. Prosser to inquire about opportunities in his lab (prosserr@uoguelph.ca).

Current Opportunities:

1) MSc student position:
We are looking for a student to work on an NSERC fund-
ed project that is investigating the risk of microplastics
to Canada's ecosystem. The future student's project
would involve investigating the concentration of micro-
plastics in materials that are used to amend agricultural
fields (e.g., biosolids) and the soil of amended fields. The
student would also investigate the microplastic content
of earthworms from these amended fields. Inquires will be accepted until the position is filled. See the PDF below for more details.

2) MSc or PhD student or Post-doctoral fellow:
We are looking for a potential MSc student, but would consider a potential PhD
student or post-doctoral fellow, to work on a project investigating the effect of
marine diesel on marine bivalves from the coast of British Columbia. Inquires will be accepted until the position is filled. See the PDF below for more details.
